Malti Food Industry

We started Malti Food Industry here in Kadirganj a while back. It’s right near the Hanuman Temple, so most people around here know exactly where to find us. My family helps out with all the daily tasks and chores. We mostly deal with basic food processing things in our small unit. It gets quite busy in the early mornings when the sun is coming up and we start up the machines. There is always something that needs to be done, like checking the stocks or cleaning up after a long shift. We are not some big city factory with hundreds of workers. It is just us doing what we can with the space we have. Sometimes the power goes out, which is a bit of a headache for the schedule, but we manage to get by. People from the neighborhood stop by often to chat or see what we are working on. Most of the time we are just focused on getting the work done right without any fuss. It is a simple setup. We do not have fancy offices or anything like that. Just the workspace and our old tools. It is hard work, especially when it gets very hot outside in the summer. But it keeps us going. I like being close to the temple because it is a nice landmark for visitors. We try to keep things moving every day. If you walk past the temple, you will probably hear us working. It feels like a regular part of life here.
