Lasenor

Lasenor is situated at Plot No. 43 in the MIDC area of Butibori. It is quite a drive from the main city, but this is where all the industrial action happens. The plot is a decent size and fits all the equipment we need to keep things running. Being in an MIDC zone means we are surrounded by other factories and big warehouses, so there is always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. We have been operating from this location for some time now. The building is designed for work, with high ceilings and a lot of open space for the production lines. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months, but we just get on with it. Most of our workers come in from the nearby villages or take the transport from the city. We have a small office area tucked into one corner of the building for the administrative stuff, but most of the action happens on the floor. There is no corporate polish here, just a lot of steel and hard work. We keep a simple routine that revolves around the production schedule. It is a practical environment where everyone knows their job. We don't spend much time on meetings; we just make sure the machines are running and the output is steady before we head home at the end of the shift. The nights here are quiet after the shift ends and the gates are locked up.
