Laksh Food Production

We are located right on Dapi Marble Road in Nangadi. It’s a busy spot with trucks going by all day long. Our place at 151 Ramdev Nagar isn't huge but we make it work. Every morning starts early, usually before the sun is even up, because food stuff takes time to prep. We have a few big tables and some machines that make a lot of noise. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit and wait, which is annoying but that's life here. My brother handles the inventory and I look after the actual cooking and packing side of things. It gets pretty warm inside during the summer months. We mostly focus on getting things packaged up so they can go out to the local shops. It’s a lot of cleaning too. You wouldn’t believe how much we have to wash the floors and the equipment. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. People just know us from the name on the packet. Sometimes neighbors stop by to say hello or ask if we have any fresh batches ready. We’ve been at this for a few years now and it’s become a rhythm. One day we're making one batch, the next day it's something else. It's just honest work in a small space. We keep our heads down and get the orders filled.
