Indal Gruh Udyog

Indal Gruh Udyog is located inside Indal Mansion on Binaki Road. It’s an old building, Plot No.1629, and it feels like it’s seen a lot over the years. We operate out of a few rooms on the lower level where we prepare our items. It’s a family-run thing, so there’s always someone in the kitchen or the packing area. You can usually hear the sound of pans clanking or someone shouting instructions from across the hall. The street outside is narrow and can get blocked up with scooters and delivery bikes easily. We don’t have a big storefront with glass windows. It’s more of a workshop where we get things done. The air usually smells like roasted spices or fried snacks depending on what we are making that morning. We use old recipes that have been around for a long time. There are always piles of containers waiting to be labeled and moved out. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to see what we are cooking. It’s a bit cramped in here with all the raw materials stacked up against the walls. We don’t really do any advertising. People in the area just know the Indal Mansion and stop by when they need something. It’s a lot of manual labor, peeling, cutting, and packing things by hand. It’s just how we have always done it here.
