We are set up at Plot No. 1056/A in Fate Wada, right by Zenda Chowk in the Mahal area. It’s an old part of the city, and we work out of Laxmikant Tamhan’s premises. It’s not a modern office building, it’s more of a traditional space with a lot of history. Ice And Fire Food Products is a small operation, and we like it that way. The streets around Zenda Chowk are always narrow and full of people, so it’s a very lively place to be every day. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working at our desks or checking the stock in the back. We started this because we saw a gap in the local market for what we do. Being a private limited company involves a lot of paperwork, but we try not to let it slow us down. We don't use any marketing tricks or big advertisements. Most of our customers find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. It’s a simple business. We focus on our products and making sure they get delivered on time. The summers here are tough, but we’ve got a good routine going. It’s just us, doing our thing in a corner of Mahal, trying to make a decent living without any of the corporate polish you see elsewhere.
