Hari Flour Mill

Down at Plot No.30-B in Gautam Nagar, you will hear the sound of the machines running almost all day. That is us, Hari Flour Mill. It is a simple setup where we take the grain and turn it into flour for the local folks. The air always has that faint smell of crushed wheat, which I have grown to like over the years. We are not a big factory; it is just a local mill serving the people around here. The plot is not huge, but it is enough to store the bags and keep the equipment going. Gautam Nagar is a lively place, and we get people coming in with their small sacks of grain on the back of their cycles or scooters. We talk about the weather or the price of wheat while the machines do their work. It is a bit dusty, of course, but that is the nature of the business. We do not have a website or a marketing person to talk for us. We just open the doors and start the motors. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it with grease all over our hands. It is honest work that needs doing. Every family needs flour for their bread, and we are happy to be the ones providing that service for the neighborhood. It has been this way for a long time now and we like it.
