Ganesh Enzymes

Ganesh Enzymes is based in Swaroop Market at Center Point. We’re right near the LIC office, which makes it easy for people to find us. Our space is a mix of an office and a small storage area. We deal with enzymes, which are used for all sorts of things like baking or cleaning. It’s a niche business, but it keeps us on our toes. We don't have a big laboratory here. Most of our time is spent managing orders and talking to suppliers. The market is always loud and full of people, so there’s a lot of energy around the shop. We have a couple of shelves lined with samples in glass jars. We keep things as organized as possible, though the paperwork sometimes piles up on the corner desk. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just wear our regular clothes and get the work done. If someone has a question about a specific product, we look it up in our old binders. We’ve been in this location for a while, and we like being in the center of the action. People stop by to pick up small orders or just to ask about prices. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just sell products that help other businesses do their jobs better. It's a simple way to make a living.
