Our little setup is located at Plot No 5 in Santaji Colony, over in the Narendra Nagar area of Nagpur. It’s a decent spot, right in the Dandekar Layout. We deal with food and beverages, which means our day is usually a mix of checking stock and talking to local distributors. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can get our work done without too many distractions. We don't have a marketing department or anyone writing fancy slogans for us. It’s usually just one of us writing things down in a ledger or on a whiteboard. Nagpur weather can be tough, especially when we have to move crates in the middle of May, but that’s just how it is. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a bit now and we like the pace of life here. It’s not as frantic as the main market areas, which helps us stay organized. Our team is small and we all know each other's habits by now. We don't use any corporate jargon when we talk to people. We just tell them what we have and when it can be delivered. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We spend our afternoons mostly catching up on paperwork and preparing for the next day's rounds. It's just a regular local business doing its thing here in Maharashtra.
