Arnapurna Food Industries

Our place is tucked away at Plot No. 4 in the Murlidhar Society, right there on Nara Road in Om Nagar. If you know where the Durga Mandir is, then you’ve probably walked right past Arnapurna Food Industries without even thinking much about it. It’s a local neighborhood, so we try to keep things quiet, but food production always has some noise to it. We spend most of our hours inside, getting everything ready and packed up. The smells of the cooking and the ingredients usually fill up the space pretty quickly. It’s not a giant factory or anything like that, just a solid working space where we get the jobs done. We started out small and we’ve stayed pretty close to those roots. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it feels more like a community thing than a big business. We deal with lots of bags and boxes every day, making sure things are moved out to the shops or wherever they need to go. Sometimes the traffic on Nara Road makes it a bit hard for the delivery vans, but we manage to work around it. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or advertising. We just focus on the food and the daily tasks at hand. It’s a busy life, especially during the festival times when everyone is looking for stuff.
