Our place is on the ground floor of the Sai Pralhad Complex, right at Indora Sq in Nagpur. If you know Ambedkar Road, you know it’s always moving with traffic and people. We’re in G-5-N, which is a practical little spot for what we do. Dealing with foods and beverages means we’re constantly checking temperatures and making sure everything is stored where it should be. Nagpur gets incredibly hot, so keeping the shop cool is our biggest daily challenge. We don't have a big team or any fancy suits. Most of the time we're in our work clothes, moving boxes or talking to the drivers who stop by. The complex is a bit older, so there’s always a bit of maintenance to do, like fixing a leaky tap or a flickering light bulb. We like being in this part of town because it feels real and connected to the rest of the city. We don't use big words or pretend to be something we’re not. We just show up, open the shutters, and get to work. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we spend a lot of time cleaning surfaces. It’s just the usual routine of a local business trying to stay organized. We handle the paperwork on a small desk near the back and try to keep things simple and honest for everyone we deal with. Each day brings a new set of small tasks to handle.
