Grace Herbal

Grace Herbal started out in a small room near Ajni Square. We’ve been at N. S. Apartment in the Jog Layout for a while now. Most people find us by looking for Ajit Bakery, since we are right behind it here in Wardha. It gets busy on the roads around here during the day, but it's a good spot for what we do. We handle different herbal items and stuff like that. My uncle started this business, and we just keep it going every day. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just some shelves, a desk, and the products we pack. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and making sure things are labeled right. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost looking for the apartment entrance, so we end up standing out on the street to wave them down. It is a simple operation. We deal with customers who come by and some who call from further away. The smells in here are nice because of all the dried plants and oils we keep in the back. We don’t have a big marketing team or a shiny website that works perfectly all the time. It’s just us doing the work, answering the phone, and making sure the orders go out on time. Wardha is a quiet place mostly, and we like being part of the local community. If you are near Ajni Square, you can usually spot our sign or just ask the bakery folks where we are tucked away.
