Rajdhani White Marbles

We've been here at the Bye Pass Tiraha in Makrana for quite a while now. Most people know this area well because of the marble, and Rajdhani White Marbles is just one of those spots you pass by on the Bye Pass Road. It’s a family-run kind of thing, mostly dealing with the white stones that this region is famous for. We spend our days moving slabs around and talking to contractors who come through. It's dusty work, and the sun gets pretty hot out here, but that is just how it is in the marble business. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a yard with plenty of stock. People stop in when they are building a house or a temple. Sometimes they know exactly what they want, other times they just walk around looking at the different blocks for an hour. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone asks for a specific grade of white marble, we show them what we have in the back. There isn't much to say beyond that. We open early, we close late, and we make sure the trucks get loaded correctly. It’s just us doing what we’ve always done here in Makrana. The stones come from the quarries nearby, and we just sort through them. You get used to the noise of the machinery after a few years. It's just a regular local business where we know most of our neighbors.
