Manohar Marble

Manohar Marble is based in the village of Makrana, right near the Balaji Mandir. Everyone knows that Makrana is the place to be for marble, so we are right where the action is. The village and the post office are just around the corner from our yard. It is a place where you can hear the sound of hammers and saws from early in the morning until late in the evening. We have been here for a good while, and our family has deep roots in this soil. Being near the temple means we see a lot of people passing through, and sometimes they stop in to see the slabs we have out front. It is a humble setup. We do not have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is just us and the stone. The weather gets really hot in the summer, making the work even harder, but you just drink your water and keep going. We know the stone here better than anyone. It is just part of our life in the Tehsil. We do not use any fancy words to describe what we sell. People know what Makrana marble is, so we just let the material speak for itself. It is a quiet life, mostly, except for the noise of the industry. We just try to be fair and do right by the people who walk into our yard looking for something for their homes.
