Working in Antop Hill means we are right in the middle of a very active part of Mumbai City. Being on the ground floor is helpful because there’s always something being delivered or someone coming by to talk about a project. We focus on infrastructure, which is a lot of hard work and requires a lot of coordination. Our team is just a bunch of regular people who know the industry. We don't have any polished slogans or big corporate goals that sound like they came from a book. We just want to make sure the jobs we take on are handled properly. The office is usually full of papers and the sound of people talking on their mobiles. It’s a busy environment but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Shaikh Misree Road can get very congested, especially in the afternoons, so we try to plan our site visits accordingly. It’s a typical Mumbai setup where space is tight but you make the most of what you have to get the daily tasks done. We aren't doing anything fancy, just keeping the office running and getting through the pile of work every day.
