M3 Developers is based in the Dongri and Umerkhadi area. It’s an old part of the city with very narrow streets and a lot of history. Working here is different than being in a glass tower. We deal with property and construction in neighborhoods where every inch counts. Our office is a place where people from the community come to talk about their buildings or new projects. It’s often noisy outside with the markets and the traffic. We’ve been involved in a few local spots, trying to make things better or more functional. It’s not always easy because of the old structures and the regulations. We spend a lot of time on site, walking around and checking on progress. The people who work here grew up around these streets, so we know the shortcuts and the local families. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy brochures. Usually, it's just a conversation over some tea about what can be built or fixed. Construction in Dongri is a challenge, but we like the area. It has a lot of character. We are just a local firm trying to do decent work in our own backyard. There’s always something happening around Umerkhadi, and we are right in the middle of it most days. We've seen buildings go up and others get taken down. It's just the way the city moves and changes.
