Our place is over at Plot No. 75-A in Sector 20C. Airoli is a bit different from the main city, maybe a little more room to breathe. We’ve been set up here in Navi Mumbai for a good bit of time now. Royal Palms handles quite a bit from this specific spot. The building isn't anything fancy, just a solid place where we get the work done. You can see the street from the windows and there’s usually some construction or something happening nearby. It’s a busy sector. Most of us commute in, and the morning rush can be something else. Inside, the desks are usually covered in files. We don’t really go for that high-end office look. It’s more about being functional. We take our breaks together and talk about whatever is happening in the news. It’s a regular office for Royal Palms India. We’ve got the address 400 708 on all our mail. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is good in the summer heat. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or anything like that. We just show up, do the tasks for the day, and head home. It feels like a real workplace where people actually know each other's names. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the phones ringing constantly, but that’s just how it goes in Airoli. It’s our home base and it works for us.
