We've been working out of our spot at 103 24B New Madha Colony for a while now. If you've been around Film City Road, you probably know where the colony is. It's a busy area, but our office stays pretty grounded. We mainly deal with property stuff here. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and paperwork, trying to keep track of what's available and who is looking for a place. It isn't always glamorous work. Real estate can be a bit of a headache sometimes with all the back and forth. We just try to get things done without making a big fuss. The team here is small. We know the streets around this part of town quite well because we spend a lot of time walking them or driving between sites. People stop by sometimes just to ask about prices or what’s happening in the neighborhood. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks and chairs where we sit and talk through options. It gets noisy outside on the main road, but that's just how it is in this part of the city. We've seen the area change over the years. Some new buildings go up, some old ones get fixed up. We just keep doing our thing from this office. It’s a straightforward way to make a living, helping people figure out where they want to live or invest their money. Nothing too complicated, just daily work.
