We’ve been over here at Evarshaine Apartment for a good while now. Most people in the neighborhood know us from the Ram Mandir Road area in Andheri West. We handle various construction and building projects around the city. It gets quite busy here in the Varsava Koli Wada section. We just focus on getting the work done right without making too much of a fuss. Sometimes the Mumbai weather makes the construction schedule a bit hard to follow, but we stay at it anyway. It is a local operation through and through. We have our small office where we plan out the sites and look at the blueprints. If you happen to walk past the apartment building, you will see our sign hanging there. We started out small years ago. Now we take on bigger builds around the suburbs. The team is just local guys mostly who know the trade. We don't do any fancy advertising or anything. People usually find out about us through word of mouth from their neighbors. It is just how things work in this part of town. Building things takes a lot of time and a whole lot of patience. We deal with the suppliers for bricks and cement every single day. It is dusty work and it can be exhausting, but someone has to do it. We have seen this neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We keep all our records in order at the Andheri office. That is really all there is to our story. We build the structures, we finish the jobs, and then we move on to the next site.
