We are based in Simran Plaza, specifically in Office No 705. That’s on the 7th floor, right at the junction of 3rd and 4th Road. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you get into the rhythm of the neighborhood. We deal with property ventures, which involves a lot of running around and checking on different sites. Our office is our home base where we organize everything. It can get a bit messy with all the paperwork and site plans lying around, but we know where everything is. We’ve been working out of this building for a while now. The junction downstairs is always buzzing with activity, which keeps things interesting. We aren't a big corporate chain. We’re just a group of people who know the local property market and work hard at it. We don't have a receptionist in a fancy uniform or a waiting room with expensive art. We just have some chairs and a pot of coffee that’s usually half-empty. We try to be direct with people. If a property has issues, we’ll tell you. We don't see the point in sugarcoating things. Most of our days are spent on the phone or meeting people at the various sites we manage. It’s a lot of legwork, but we enjoy the variety. If you’re ever near the 3rd and 4th Road junction, you can find us upstairs. The views of the city are actually quite nice from the seventh floor.
