K.Raheja Group

Our office is tucked away in Kandivali East at the Shanker Narsi Pradhan Chawl in Hanuman Nagar. Specifically, we are in Room Number 7 on Narsipada road. In a city like Mumbai, you take the space you can find, and we operate right from the middle of this busy neighborhood. K.Raheja Group has been a presence in Maharashtra for a long time. Working out of a traditional chawl means we are never far from the daily life of the community. You can always hear the sounds of children playing or people talking outside our door while we work. It’s a ground-level office, so there are no elevators or fancy lobbies to deal with. We spend the day handling various bits of paperwork and coordinating different projects. It can get a bit cramped when several people come in to drop off documents at once. We have our desks, some old cupboards for files, and enough chairs for whoever stops by. The walk from the Kandivali station is a bit of a trek, especially when the weather is hot, but it’s just part of the routine. We know the local tea seller and the shopkeepers on the corner by name. It is a very humble setup for such a known name, but it works for what we need to do. Most of our time is spent on calls or writing things down in our ledgers. We’ve watched Hanuman Nagar grow and change as more people move into the area. We just keep the door open and stay busy.
