Shubh Group

Shubh Group operates out of 501-A in Andheri East. Anyone who knows this area knows the traffic is something you just have to live with. Our office is tucked away in one of those buildings where there’s always something going on. We start early most days to beat the worst of the rush. Inside, it’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of coffee cups. We don't really do the whole corporate aesthetic. It’s more about having a place to sit and work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy for that right now. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day. Sometimes it feels like the phones never stop ringing. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, so we know the local delivery guys and the security guards by name. It’s a tight-knit environment inside the office. We share snacks and complain about the heat together. When the monsoon hits, we all watch the rain from the windows while trying to keep the dampness out of the files. It’s just a regular workplace with regular people trying to make a living. We don't have a big reception area with flowers. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone looking through a stack of papers or typing away. That’s just the reality of how we run things here. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes every single day.
