Zion Tours is located on the first floor of the Niharika Shopping Plaza. Gladys Alwerest Road is almost always busy with traffic, so we hear the honking from our window all day. We are right next to Hiranandani Meadows, which is a nice landmark for people trying to find us. The office itself is quite simple. We have a few desks, some old files, and a couple of chairs for anyone who drops by. It’s mostly just us handling travel bookings and making sure the paperwork is in order. You have to take the stairs to the first floor to get to F/20. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the other shopkeepers in the plaza are our friends. Thane West has changed so much, but our little corner feels the same. We spend our hours looking at hotel lists and flight times. It’s not a fancy place with big carpets or anything like that. Just a regular workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the afternoon sun hits the glass and it gets a bit warm inside, so we keep the fan going. People usually come in with a rough idea of a trip, and we help them put the pieces together. It’s just daily work for us. We drink a lot of tea and stay busy with the phones. It is a straightforward business where we just try to get the bookings handled correctly every day.
