Zero Octa Selective Sourcing, India. (A Kale Group Company).

We are located over in Kurla East, specifically in the Veer Sidhanak society. It’s a housing society, so it feels much more like a regular neighborhood than a cold business park. Being in Shivsrushti means we are right in the middle of things. We share this space and do our sourcing work from the A-15 unit on the ground floor. It’s part of the Kale Group, but we mostly just focus on our own tasks here and don't see the big bosses much. The office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of old files and equipment stacked in the corners. We spend a lot of time on the phones or sending out emails to people. The street outside can get pretty noisy during the day with all the delivery bikes and people walking by to the market. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. We don't have fancy furniture or a coffee machine that does everything. We just have a regular kettle and some old mugs in the corner. It’s a practical place to work. Everyone knows each other’s names and we usually share snacks or biscuits in the afternoon when we get tired. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a local office where we get things done. Most of us take the train to Kurla station and then walk or take a rickshaw if it's raining. It’s just a normal job in a normal part of Mumbai. We don't need anything more than that.
