Zero Degree Ice Cream Parlour

Zero Degree Ice Cream Parlour is located in Parshwa Tower over in Mulund West. It is a decent-sized shop, but we have filled most of it with large storage freezers because we like to keep a lot of stock on hand. The name suggests it’s very cold in here, and honestly, during the summer, the air conditioning is the only thing that keeps us going. We have a bunch of flavors, mostly the classic ones like mango, kulfi, and roasted almond. The counter is made of a dark laminate that shows every fingerprint, so I am always wiping it down with an old rag. Mulund West is a busy area, and being in a tower means we get a lot of foot traffic from people going to work or heading home. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a few framed pictures of ice cream that came with the franchise. The floor is white marble, but it has some stains from where someone dropped a syrup bottle last year. We have two small tables, but they are usually covered with empty boxes that we haven't taken to the bin yet. It is just a normal place to get a scoop of ice cream. Sometimes the power fluctuates and the lights flicker, which is a bit annoying, but we manage. We aren't trying to be a high-end cafe. We just want to provide a cold treat to anyone walking past Parshwa Tower.
