We have been at Mittal Court for a while now. Most people know the Nariman Point area is pretty busy, but our office stays focused on what we do with milk and dairy. It's not a fancy setup inside, just desks and people making sure the distribution side of things runs like it should. Usually, the day starts early because that is how the milk business works. You can't really wait around when you are dealing with fresh products every day. We handle a lot of the paperwork and coordination from this 81-A spot. Some days are louder than others, especially when the phones are ringing non-stop about deliveries. It gets a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant in how we talk; we just want to get the milk out to where it needs to go. Sometimes the traffic outside is a nightmare, which makes getting around the city a bit slow. But being here in Mumbai gives us a central place to keep an eye on things. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years while we stayed put in this office. It’s just us doing our jobs, checking figures, and making sure the supply chain doesn't break down. It is honest work and we don't think too much about being flashy. Just keeping the business moving is enough for us. It takes time but we get there.
