Logical Foods

Our little spot is at 2/4 Shanti Society, located on Mogul Lane in Mahim. Being in a society means we have to be a bit careful about noise, but everyone knows us. We’ve been working out of this space for a long time. It’s mostly just a few rooms filled with what we need to run Logical Foods. The kitchen area is always busy, and there’s usually a good smell of whatever we are working on that day. Mahim is a great neighborhood, very lively, and we like being part of the local scene here. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy storefront. Most people find us by word of mouth or because they live nearby. We handle everything ourselves, from the cleaning to the phone calls. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a lot of orders coming in at once, but we just roll up our sleeves and get through it. The building is older, so things need fixing every now and then, like a leaky tap or a sticky door. We keep it simple and don't try to be something we aren't. Most of our staff has been with us for years, so we’re like a small family. We just focus on the food and making sure the orders are ready on time. It’s a honest living and we enjoy the daily routine. We usually finish up late in the evening when the street gets a bit quieter.
