R&P Gelato Pvt. Ltd.

We are over in Powai, up in building seven of the Mhada complex. It is not a fancy storefront on the main road, but we have been here for a while now. Most people find us because they live in the Lake Heights buildings or they just hear about us through word of mouth. We started R&P Gelato because we wanted to do something local. It gets pretty hot in Mumbai, so having something cold to work on made sense at the time. The office is in flat 602. Sometimes it is a bit quiet, other times it is a mess of paperwork and freezer logs. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure things run right. We spend a lot of our day checking on deliveries and making sure the machines are actually working. If you come by, you might see us arguing over some logistics or just sitting with a tea. It is a real place with real people. We don't try to look bigger than we are. Just a small company based in Powai trying to stay busy and keep the lights on. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, but that is just how it is here. We are just part of the neighborhood, really. Most of our neighbors know us by now, and that feels better than being some big name.
