Zeenia Habitation Services Llp operates out of Nariman Point in Mumbai. Our office is in Mittal Towers, specifically 138 B. It’s a well-known building in a very famous part of the city. Even though the address sounds a bit prestigious because it’s Nariman Point, our office is pretty modest inside. We deal with habitation services, which mostly involves making sure people have the right living or working setups. We spend our days answering emails, filing paperwork, and meeting with people who have questions about their property. The 400021 area is always buzzing with people in suits, but we keep things pretty casual in our own space. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate goals pinned to the wall. We just come in and do what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes the elevators in Mittal Towers take forever, so we have a lot of time to chat with other people in the building.
