We work out of an office in Kurla, specifically in the Ganesh Nagar area near the pipeline. You can find us at R-6 on Saki Vihar Road, which is right by the Nilkamal Plastic building. It’s a very busy part of the city with a lot of trucks and industrial activity going on at all hours. We’re Zamanis Developers. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those corporate perks. Our office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints, site samples, and old tea cups. We spend our time managing different construction jobs and trying to keep the paperwork in order. Building in Mumbai is always a bit of a scramble because there’s never enough space or time. We spend half our day on the phone and the other half traveling between sites in the heat. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like seeing a project go from a hole in the ground to a finished building. We’re a small crew and we don't use any of those big words or empty promises. We just talk to the contractors and the clients in plain English and try to get things finished. Most of the people around here know us because we’ve been in this spot for a while. We’re just a local business trying to do honest work and stay on top of our deadlines. It gets stressful sometimes, but we just take it one day at a time until the job is done.
