Yug Bhumi Private Limited

Our office is up on the 11th floor of the B-Wing in Siddhivinayak Horizon. We are right in Prabhadevi, which is a busy part of Mumbai to be in. Yug Bhumi Private Limited is basically just a group of us working on land and building projects. Being on the 11th floor gives us a bit of a view, but we are usually too busy looking at blueprints or spreadsheets to notice. The building is quite modern, but our actual office feels pretty lived-in. There are stacks of paper everywhere and the phone rings quite a bit. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about property and making sure the legal side of things is sorted out. It’s a lot of detail work that people don't always see. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Prabhadevi is a good spot for us because we can get to most parts of the city fairly quickly, although the traffic on the main road can be a nightmare in the evenings. We handle various types of real estate work, mostly just focusing on the practical side of getting things built and sold. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep things as simple as possible for everyone involved. No big corporate talk, just regular work.
