At Yogeshwar Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Carbideindia, we work out of our unit at W-150/A in the MIDC area of Ambad. This is a big industrial zone in Nashik, and it is where a lot of the heavy lifting happens. Our place is a standard industrial shed that has been fitted out to handle our engineering work. It is a very functional space. There are no carpets or fancy lights here. It is just concrete floors, heavy workbenches, and the tools we need to do our jobs. The Ambad MIDC area is always noisy with the sounds of other workshops and the constant flow of transport vehicles. We have a regular routine that starts when the gates open in the morning. The work can be physically demanding and it gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we just get on with it. We have a small office section where we handle the billing and the client calls, but most of the action happens on the shop floor. Most of our neighbors are also in the engineering or manufacturing line, so there is a sense of being in an area where people understand the value of hard work. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished front office. We are just a group of people showing up to the W-150/A plot every day to make sure the work gets done correctly. It is a simple, no-nonsense life in the heart of the industrial belt.
