Yogayatan Group

Yogayatan Group has its office in the Vaswani Mansion on Dinshaw Vacha Road. This is right in the Churchgate area, so we are surrounded by a lot of history and old buildings. It is a very central part of South Mumbai. We have been operating from this location for quite some time now. The street gets a lot of foot traffic, especially with people heading towards the station or the offices nearby. Our work involves a lot of different property projects. We stay busy with meetings and checking on how various things are progressing. The building itself, Vaswani Mansion, has that classic feel you get in this part of the city. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just get on with the daily tasks of managing our interests. It is a bit noisy outside sometimes with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the paperwork and the planning. Being near Churchgate means we are easy to reach, but most of our days are spent coordinating with people across the city. We have a small team here. We handle things as they come up. It is a practical way of working. We know the Dinshaw Vacha Road area well and we have seen many changes over the years. We just keep doing our bit from this office, keeping track of the local real estate scene and managing our day-to-day affairs without making it too complicated.
