Ym Landmark Private Limited

Our place is down in Mazgaon on Barristernath Pai Marg. We are on the ground floor of Plot 150/151. Being near Reay Road means it can get pretty loud with all the industrial activity and the trains nearby. Ym Landmark Private Limited is just a small company trying to make a mark in the Mumbai real estate world. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some chairs, a few computers, and a lot of paper. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about land and buildings. Mumbai City-400010 is a busy area to work in, but we like the energy of it. Most of our work involves the practical side of property development. We don't have a big marketing department. People usually find us because they have something they need built or managed in this neighborhood. We try to be honest about what can be done and how long it will take. Construction in a city like this is never as fast as you want it to be. We just keep plugging away at it day by day. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the weather doesn't help, but we stay busy. That’s really all there is to it. We're just local folks working in the city we know. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when we have all the files out, but we manage. We aren't looking to expand into some giant empire, we just want to keep doing our work around Mazgaon and Reay Road.
