We've been operating out of our space in Ulwe for a while now. It's on the fifth floor of the E V Crest building, right at Sector 17. Most days, you’ll find some of us at the office handling bills or maps, while the rest are out at various sites around Navi Mumbai. It gets busy here, especially with all the new buildings coming up in this part of Raigarh. We started Yjnj Constructions Private Limited because we knew the area well and wanted to work on local projects. Our desk is usually covered in site plans and half-finished cups of tea. It’s not a fancy setup, but it works for what we do. We deal with the usual headaches of construction, like rain delays or getting materials delivered on time. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We mostly focus on residential stuff nearby. People stop by Plot No 22 pretty often to ask about progress. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just a few of us trying to get the jobs done right and keep things moving. We’ve lived in Maharashtra all our lives, so we understand how things work here. If you are looking for the office, just look for the E V Crest board. We are usually there from morning until late evening, depending on how much work is piled up on the desk. It’s just how it goes in this business.
