Ygn Travels

Ygn Travels is based out of Shop No B 309 in Building No 4, over in Andheri East. We are quite close to the Time Square building, which is a big landmark around here. Our office isn't very large, but we have enough space for a few desks and some chairs for people to wait. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, talking to airlines or checking on bus schedules. There is always a lot of paperwork with tickets and visas and things like that. It gets pretty hectic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go somewhere at once. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait around, which is frustrating when someone is waiting for a booking. Andheri East is always full of people rushing to work, so the energy outside is always high. We mostly just keep our heads down and try to get the itineraries sorted. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of coordinating and making sure dates and names are correct. We’ve had people come to us for years because they know where to find us in Building No 4. We don't go for big advertisements; word of mouth usually does the trick for us. It's a simple setup, nothing too fancy, just us and our computers trying to help people get where they need to go.
