The business is called Yes, and we are up on the fourth floor of the Scn Thakur Complex in Kandivli East. The unit number is B18, 402. Thakur Complex is a pretty well-known area, so it’s not too hard for people to find us. The office is just a regular room where we keep our stuff and get things done. We chose the name "Yes" because it was simple and easy to remember, nothing more to it than that. Most of our days are spent at the computers or on the phone. It’s a lot of mundane work, but it keeps the lights on. Kandivli can be a bit of a nightmare with the crowds, especially during the rush hour, so most of us try to get in early. The building itself is busy with other small businesses, so there is always someone in the hallway. We aren’t trying to be the biggest or the most famous place in Mumbai. We just want to do our jobs without too much fuss. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, and other times we leave a bit early if it’s quiet. It is just a small operation in a busy suburb. We like the local vibe of the complex and the fact that we can get decent food just downstairs.
