Yatri Tours

I'm down here at Shop No 3 in Building D/26, over in the Y part of Borivali West. We are right across from the Axis Bank. Yatri Tours is where we spend most of our time. It's a small place but we keep busy with travel stuff. People come in to ask about tickets or just to see where they can go for a few days. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. Being right by the bank makes it easy for folks to find us when they're out running errands. It’s mostly just us handling the phones and paperwork every morning. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the shop when a family comes in together, but we manage. We aren't a big fancy office, just a regular spot where you can sit down and talk about your trip. My desk is usually covered in brochures and notes. If you know the area, you've probably walked past the building a dozen times. We're usually here from morning until the evening, unless we're out helping someone with their luggage or documents. It’s a straightforward life here in Borivali. We just try to get things sorted for anyone who walks through the door looking to get away for a bit. Our chairs are a bit old, but they are comfortable enough for a quick chat. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling sound when it's really hot outside, but we don't mind it much. We have a small shelf with some old travel guides that nobody really looks at anymore, but they've been there since we started.
