Yatika Homes Llp is situated in the Raheja Centre at Nariman Point. Our office is on the ground floor, specifically at Plot - 214 on Free Press Journal Marg. Even though Nariman Point is a major business district with lots of high-rises, our little corner feels pretty down-to-earth. We focus on homes and property, and being in the 400021 area keeps us close to the heart of the city's real estate world. The office isn't very large, and it's usually pretty packed with files and maps. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. It is just a place where we come to work every morning. The ground floor can get quite busy with people coming in and out of the building, which we don't mind. Our staff is a small group of locals who understand how things work in Mumbai. We spend a lot of our time talking to people and trying to figure out the best way to handle different property issues. We don't go in for fancy marketing talk or anything like that. We just tell it like it is and try to be as helpful as possible. It is a tough business, but we enjoy the challenge. Sometimes we are out for hours visiting different sites, so the office might be quiet for a bit. If you drop in, you’ll just see a bunch of regular people working at their desks. It’s a simple, straightforward operation in a very busy part of town.
