Yashoda Food Products

We are over at Plot Number 78 in Andheri East. Being near the Siddhi Vinayak Temple means there is always a bit of a spiritual vibe in the air, plus a lot of people walking by to offer prayers. Yashoda Food Products isn't a massive operation, just a dedicated space where we handle all our food processing and packing. Andheri East is always loud and fast, but inside our plot, we try to keep a steady rhythm. We start pretty early, often before the sun is fully up, to get a head start on the day's production. The space is filled with the smell of whatever we are making that day. Sometimes it is spices, sometimes other snacks. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after each batch because food work is messy by nature. The walls are a bit plain, and the machinery has its own quirks that only we really understand. It is a bit of a squeeze when a new shipment of raw materials arrives, but we make it work. Most of our staff have been with us for years. We eat lunch together in the small break area when we get a chance, usually talking about the local news. It is a humble place, and we do not put on any acts for anyone. We just want to get the products packed and ready for the market. The rain during monsoon season makes the roof a bit noisy, but we are used to it. We keep our focus on the daily task.
