Our office is at F/25 in the Profit Centre, which sits right on the 90 Feet Road in Kandivali West. It’s a well-known road, so it’s easy enough to find us, though the traffic can be a bit much during rush hour. The Profit Centre is a busy commercial building with lots of different small businesses, so there’s always a lot of movement in the hallways. Our particular spot is just a regular office space with some computers and a couple of desks where we plan out trips and handle bookings. We’re not a huge travel conglomerate with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us sitting here, looking at screens and talking to people on the phone. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to our customers; we just tell them what we know. The office is often filled with the sound of the traffic from 90 Feet Road outside. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have too many brochures or files lying around, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time checking schedules and making sure the details are right. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, but we like it. Most of our day is spent making sure everything is in order for the people who trust us with their plans. It’s a straightforward, local operation in the middle of a very busy part of Kandivali. That is really all there is to it.
