We’ve been here at Shop No 4 in Chinoy Mansion for a while now. If you know August Kranti Marg, we're right across from Petit Tower. It’s a busy spot in Kemps Corner. Most people find us because we’re right next to St Stephen’s Church. It’s just a small place where we make food. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. Usually, it's just us in the kitchen getting orders ready. The traffic outside can get pretty loud, especially in the evenings. We see a lot of the same faces every week, mostly folks living nearby or working in the offices around here. Sometimes the delivery guys are crowded out front while they wait. We try to keep things moving. It gets hot in the kitchen during the lunch rush, but that's just how it is. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but we’re still here in the same corner. It’s not a big fancy restaurant, just a local spot for a quick meal. We keep our supplies tucked in the back and the counters clean. If you're walking by the church, you'll probably smell what we're cooking. There isn't much to say other than we show up every day and get to work. We like being part of this little stretch of road. It’s simple, and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and cook.
