We are located in the Raheja Centre on the ground floor at Nariman Point. If you walk down Free Press Journal Marg, you’ll find us pretty easily. It’s a prestigious area, but our office feels very down-to-earth. We deal with aviation stuff, which sounds fancy, but mostly it involves a lot of paperwork, permits, and checking weather reports. Wingspan Aviation has been in this building for several years. The ground floor spot is handy because we get a lot of people just dropping by for a quick chat. It’s a bit of a tight space with all the filing cabinets and the desks for the team. We have a few models of planes sitting on top of the cupboards, mostly covered in a thin layer of dust. The atmosphere is generally quiet, though it picks up when there’s a charter flight being organized. We spend a lot of time on our computers, looking at tail numbers and hangar schedules. It’s not like what you see in the movies; it’s a lot of grit and making sure the details are correct so nothing goes wrong. Nariman Point is a busy place, but once you step inside our office, it’s just us focused on the tasks at hand. We like the location because it’s close to everything we need. Sometimes we head out to the promenade for a break when the office feels too small and we need some fresh air.
