Windward Builderswindward Builders Llp is located in Bandra West, which is a pretty well-known part of Mumbai. Our office is in the Tamarisk Chsl building right on Carter Road. Specifically, we are on the first floor in the Aquamarine building, occupying flats 101 and 102. Carter Road is always full of people walking by the sea, so it is a nice area to be based in. We converted these flats into our workspace. It is a bit of a maze inside with different rooms for different tasks, but it works for us. Since we are in a residential-style building, the vibe is a lot more relaxed than a standard office block. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood and the sea sometimes. We handle our building projects from these two flats. There is no big sign outside, just the usual building directory. We have our meeting table where we look at blueprints and our desks where the daily work happens. Bandra is a busy place, but being at Tamarisk Chsl gives us a bit of a retreat to get things done. We do not really go for the corporate lifestyle. We are just a team of builders working from a first-floor office. It is a comfortable spot that has served us well over the years. We keep things pretty informal around here, focusing more on the work than on appearances. It is a good place to spend the day.
