We are based in Windeep Developers Pvt Ltd, located at Flat No 501 and 502 on the 5th Floor of the Om building in Lower Parel. It’s a busy spot near the Phoenix Mill compound. If you know Mumbai, you know how crowded the 7th Main Road and 7th Cross can get during the day. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a place with a lot of desks and piles of project files. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily grind of development work. There is always a phone ringing or someone coming in to discuss a plan. Being on the 5th floor means we are a bit away from the street noise, but you can still hear the city moving. The building is older, so the elevator can be a bit slow on Monday mornings. We have two units joined together to give us enough room for the staff. It’s mostly just us working through the paperwork and talking to contractors. We aren't a huge firm with a glass lobby. It’s just a practical office where the real work happens. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall downstairs because it's easier than making it here. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just try to get the buildings finished and keep things moving along. It’s a lot of long hours in a busy part of town. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done.
