You can find us at R-461 in the T.T.C. Industrial Area, which is part of the Rabale MIDC. We are directly opposite the BMK Lab, so that’s usually how people find us. The workspace is pretty typical for this part of Navi Mumbai. It’s a functional building where we do our manufacturing work. There’s a lot of metal around and the floor is usually a bit dusty, no matter how much we sweep it. We don’t have a big corporate structure here. It’s just the owners and a handful of workers who have been with us for a long time. We start early, usually before the sun gets too high, to beat the worst of the heat on the shop floor. Our office is just a small partitioned area with a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We aren't the type to have big meetings about goals or visions. We just look at the orders and get to work. Sometimes things go wrong, a machine breaks or a delivery is late, and we just deal with it. That’s how life is here. We have a small area out back where we take our lunches and talk about anything other than work for half an hour. It’s a simple life in an industrial zone. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just making parts and keeping the business running. Most of our neighbors are doing the same thing, so we all get along pretty well.
