We are Wilson Sandhu Logistics, and we mostly run things through our email and mobile these days. Our main point of contact has always been that Yahoo address, which we've had for years. It’s just easier that way when you’re dealing with trucks and shipments moving all over the country. Logistics is a messy business with a lot of moving parts and long hours. We spend most of our time tracking where the goods are and making sure the drivers are on the right route. It’s not a fancy office job with suits and ties. Most of the time we are just staring at screens or talking to people at the docks or warehouses. We started this as a small private company and kept it simple. There’s no big marketing team here, just a few of us who know how to get things from point A to point B. We handle the paperwork, the customs stuff, and the transport details. Sometimes things get delayed because of bad weather or broken roads, and we have to sit and figure it out. It’s a lot of problem-solving on the fly. We don't have a big sign on a building somewhere; we just work from where we are. If someone needs a quote or has a question about a shipment, they just send an email over to Pravin’s account. We get back to them when we can, usually pretty quick. It's just us and our computers.
