Wheelabrator Realty Private Limited is located over in Sion East. Specifically, we’re on the 4th floor of the Runwal & Omkar Esquare building. It’s right opposite the Sion-Chunabhatti signal, which is a landmark most people in the area know because of the traffic there. Being on the 4th floor helps us get away from some of the street noise, but you still hear the horns once in a while. We use this space to manage our real estate work. It’s a standard office, nothing too over-the-top. We have a few rooms for meetings and desks for the staff to handle the daily grind. Sion is a pretty central spot for us to be based. We don't do much in the way of big marketing. Most of our time is spent on the actual projects we’re building or managing. People come by the office when they have questions or need to sign papers. It’s a functional space. We’ve got some files stacked up and maps on the walls. It’s the kind of place where work actually happens. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Just a group of people working in realty from an office near the signal. We’ve been at this location for a while and it suits our needs just fine. The commute for the team isn't too bad either. We just focus on moving our property deals forward every day.
