Westurban Construction India Llp is located in Jogeshwari West, right across from the Khoja Jamat Khana in Behram Baug. Our office is in room 702 of the Jogeshwari Anand cooperative housing society on S V Road. It’s a busy spot, and the view from the seventh floor gives us a good look at the chaos of the street below. We’ve been here for a while, and the office has become a second home for most of us. It’s filled with maps, architectural drawings, and stacks of ledger books. We don’t have a big marketing department or any slick brochures. Our work is mostly handled through phone calls and face-to-face meetings at the office table. S V Road is always moving, and that energy seems to find its way into our office too. We spend our mornings going through the daily reports and our afternoons dealing with the logistics of moving equipment. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. The building itself is an older residential society, so it doesn't feel like a cold office block. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers who work downstairs. We just try to run our construction business as best as we can, focusing on the day-to-day realities of building in a city like Mumbai. It’s a lot of hard work and constant coordination, but that’s what we do every single day without much fuss.
