You can find us at Westininfra Buildcon LLP over in Mahim West. We are on the 3rd floor of the Om Siddhivinayak Co Op Hsg Soc Ltd building, specifically in Flat No 5. It’s on Plot 46 along Lt Dilip Gupte Marg. This is Mumbai, so things are always a bit tight and fast-paced compared to other places. We aren't a big corporate entity. We're just a group of people working on building projects from a regular apartment office. It’s more comfortable and practical that way for us. We spend our days dealing with construction schedules and talking to people on various sites around the city. Being in Mahim is great because we are right in the middle of everything. The housing society is a quiet enough place to get some actual work done when we aren't out on the field. We focus on the buildcon side of things, which means a lot of technical details and making sure the math adds up. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of sales people. Most people who work with us know us from previous jobs we've done. It’s a local business, through and through. We handle the planning and the logistics for our construction sites ourselves. There’s always some new regulation or some delay to deal with, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We try to keep things simple and just get the job done without much fuss. It’s a practical way to run things and it has worked for us so far.
