Our place is in Goregaon West, specifically in Udyog Nagar on S V Road. If you know S V Road, you know how much traffic there is, so we hear the horns honking all day long. We are at number 12 in the Udyog Nagar area. It’s an industrial sort of neighborhood, which fits us well because we are in the middle of developing properties. We aren't in a fancy glass tower; it's a more traditional work building. Inside, it's mostly just us, our computers, and piles of project files. We do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to planning and overseeing construction. It’s not always pretty work. There’s a lot of arguing with suppliers and waiting for permits to come through. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we're a huge multinational. We're just a local developer team that knows the Goregaon area pretty well. Sometimes we have clients come in to look at plans, and we just clear a spot on the table for them to sit. It’s an honest way to work. We spend our days making sure the projects are moving forward, even if it's just by a little bit each day.
